Sherpa Elevation Lab -  extraordinary camp in Nepal wildness

It is more than a training camp  - it’s about connection between people, mountains, movement and mindset.

Nepal lives in me, and through this camp, I share Nepal with you.

In 2025 we:

• moved through high altitude Nepal terrain side by side
  
• raced, hiked, climbed, and adapted
  
• spent long hours driving in a tiny bus, learning patience, laughter, and how to make space for everything and everyone
  
• slept through icy nights in tents that pushed us out of comfort and into bigger dreams
  
• started the days with masala tea to lift our energy
  
• yoga stretches to wake up hidden muscles
  
• fresh home-cooked family food - simple, honest, and unforgettable
  
• meeting new friends from all over the world, and even far from home, no one felt alone.

Most importantly: 
There was only one promise and it was kept:
we lived an extraordinary adventure we had never lived before.

It does not matter how fit you are:
Sherpa Elevation Lab is a place for everybody - beginners, athletes, explorers, and curious souls.
